Internet Reservations

Use the Internet Reservation System to create your one-time, recurring, and demand Dial-In reservations. As an added benefit you can email all your participants' complete dial-in information right from the online system. The Internet Reservation System will collect your information and provide an instant confirmation. When you're done scheduling, just enter the teleconference participant's email Ids and send. It's simple!

Conference Monitor

The Conference Monitor enables conference call hosts to monitor and control their audio conference calls via the Internet. This feature empowers the host to monitor their call based on their needs without having to request the intervention of a Teleconferencing Specialist. From your monitor, you can identify which participants are listening and add, remove, and even mute selected participants at any time. No reservation is required for use of the Conference Monitor. After dialing into your conference call just login at https://www.att.com/teleconferencecenter at the start of your conference call.

This service is designed to facilitate the presentation of documents from remote locations in combination with an audio conference call. Presentations are not limited to Microsoft ® PowerPoint - you can use any software application residing on your PC. Features Include: Application Share Control, File Transfer, Desktop Sharing, Desktop Share Control, Whiteboard, Web Tour, Chat, and Polling. To use the Web Meeting Service, it must be requested at the time of the conference call reservation. If you are using the Internet Reservation System, just click on data conferencing on the feature list. Reservationless Web Meeting also available.
