AT&T Web Meeting Service Login Help

You can use Web Meeting only if it has been reserved as an optional feature for your TeleConference or if you have a reserved Standalone Web Meeting or if you are registered for the Reservationless Web Meeting Service.

Host:

To start the Web Meeting, you must enter the following information:

If you reserved the conference via an AT&T TeleConference Services Specialist, the Specialist provided you with the Meeting Number(s) and the Host and Participant Codes. The Specialist may have also faxed or e-mailed you a confirmation containing this information.  If you reserved the conference via the Internet Reservation System, the Meeting Number(s) and Host and Participant Codes were displayed to you on the Reservation Confirmation page and you may have also sent and received an e-mail confirmation that contained this information.

If you registered for the Reservationless Web Meeting Service via an AT&T TeleConference Services Specialist, the Specialist provided you with the Meeting Number(s) and either the Host and Participant Codes or the Access Code and Host Password. The Specialist may have also faxed or e-mailed you a confirmation containing this information. If you registered for the Reservationless Web Meeting Service via the Internet Reservation System, the Meeting Number(s) and either the Host and Participant Codes or the Access Code and Host Password were displayed to you on the Registration Confirmation page and you were also sent an e-mail confirmation that contained this information. In either instance, a fulfillment package was mailed to you that contained a Wallet Card that displayed the Meeting Number(s) and which provided you with information regardiing either the Host and Participant Codes or the Access Code and Host Password.

Meeting Number: In certain instances, there will be two Meeting Numbers.  You may enter either one in this field.

Code: Enter the Host Code or Access Code you were provided with. Logging in with the Host Code provides you with initial control of the Web Meeting. If you logged in with an Access Code, you will be prompted for the Host Password on a subsequent web page. 

Name: Enter the name that you wish to use to identify yourself to other web meeting participants when they are interacting with you via the application.

Email Address: Enter your email address.

To move to a field, use the Tab key or point and click the mouse.

When you have entered your Meeting Number, Code and Name click on the Submit button or press the Enter key.

If your Meeting Number or Code is incorrect, you will receive an error message.

You must re-enter both and click on the Submit button again.

Participant:

To join the Web Meeting, you need to enter the following information:

When you are a Participant, the Host must provide you with the Meeting Number(s) and either the Participant Code or Access Code.

If the conference was reserved via an AT&T TeleConference Services Specialist, the Specialist provided the host with the Meeting Number(s) and the Host and Participant Codes and they may have also e-mailed or faxed the host a confirmation containing this information.  If the conference was reserved via the Internet Reservation System, the Meeting Number(s) and the Host and Participant Codes were displayed to the host on the Reservation Confirmation page and the host may have also e-mailed a confirmation to all conference participants that contained this information.

If the Host registered for the Reservationless Web Meeting Service via an AT&T TeleConference Services Specialist, the Specialist provided them with the Meeting Number(s) and either the Host and Participant Codes or the Access Code and Host Password. The Specialist may have also faxed or e-mailed them a confirmation containing this information. If the Host registered for the Reservationless Web Meeting Service via the Internet Reservation System, the Meeting Number(s) and either the Host and Participant Codes or the Access Code and Host Password were displayed to them on the Registration Confirmation page and they were also sent an e-mail confirmation that contained this information. In either instance, a fulfillment package was mailed to them that contained a Wallet Card that displayed the Meeting Number(s) and information regarding either the Host and Participant Codes or the Access Code and Host Password.
